TNO Holds Workshop for Project Partners on Inventory PMCs and KPIs Evaluation

In June 2022, our partner TNO held a workshop for our project partners on Task 6.3: Inventory Product Market Combination (PMCs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Evaluation.

The workshop aimed at exploring how each party within the INITIATE project makes strategic decisions concerning investment in a product-market combination. The ranking exercise was then used to understand which KPIs weigh more in the decision process and which ones are less relevant.

This exercise helped the TNO Strategic Business Analysis Team in its efforts to develop the multicriteria analysis to compare the 13 PMCs that are possible to exploit using residual steel gasses, as well as a multistakeholder decision-making methodology.
