INITIATE PARTICIPATES IN ACHEMA 2024 WITH A BOOTH AND A SIDE EVENT

From 10-14 June, INITIATE and its project partner CO2 Value Europe will spotlight Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) and Industrial Symbiosis at ACHEMA 2024, collaborating with the organisers through a dedicated booth in the Green Innovation area (Hall 6.0 Booth A78) and a half day side event.

The side-event, titled ‘The Contribution of Carbon Capture and Utilisation in the Chemical Sector’, will take place today from 2-5 pm in Hall 8.1 Room Symetrie 3. In a panel discussion at 3:40 pm, Leonie Lücking from our project partner TNO will be speaking about the INITIATE project’s work on industrial symbiosis for urea production from steel off-gases. ACHEMA, taking place in Frankfurt (DE), is home to the entire technology and service spectrum of the process industries. With more than 110,000 m² of exhibition space, it brings together experts and executives from all over the world and is characterised by numerous product premieres and technology presentations. The event is a signpost and source of inspiration for the globally networked process industries and their players.
