INITIATE held its first webinar on funding opportunities for ccu

On the 18th of May 2022, INITIATE organised its first online thematic workshop on  “Funding Opportunities for the Development of CCU”.

The webinar, jointly organised with our partners CO2 Value EuropeVIVALDI H2020 project and SUNERGY - Fossil-free fuels and chemicals for a climate-neutral Europe, saw the participation of more than 90 participants who had the chance to deepen their knowledge about the Horizon Europe programme and three successful EU-funded projects (including INITIATE), as well as the Innovation Fund and the Breakthrough Energy Catalyst model.

During the workshop, our project coordinator Eric Van Dijk presented the INITIATE project and highlighted the importance of the EU funding instrument to ensure the continuity and consistency along the TRL scale (of which our case study is a great example) and what can be expected from an IA project.

The webinar recording will be published on the INITIATE website shortly.
