38th CRU Nitrogen+Syngas Expoconference

As a well-regarded technical event for the global nitrogen and syngas community, the CRU’s 38th Nitrogen+Syngas Expoconference provides a platform for industry professionals to engage, conduct business, and explore developments in operations, technology, processes, and equipment. The annual gathering, taking place from 10-12 February 2025 in Barcelona (ES) draws an international audience of producers, licensors, and suppliers of materials and equipment, offering valuable opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange.

The three-track technical programme highlights recent advancements in operations, technology, and product diversification, assisting nitrogen and syngas producers in optimising processes for both new projects and existing facilities. Emphasis is placed on energy efficiency, carbon capture, and greenhouse gas emissions, alongside sessions dedicated to innovations in digitalisation and future fuels. The event also includes a morning of training focused on plant safety and reliability.

Joey Dobrée from our project partner Nextchem, will be presenting the INITIATE project in the Industry Keynote Panel: Transforming the nitrogen and syngas industry, on Monday the 10th of February from 3:40-4:30 pm.
